I'm new to Plage beaute. Where should I start?

If you are new to Plage beaute, we recommend First Skincare, which lets you experience the essentials of the routine for about three weeks. By connecting cleansing, washing, hydration, and UV care care, you can experience the basic approach we value as a complete routine rather than trying just one item.

If you prefer to begin with individual products, we recommend starting with Cleansing GelWashing FoamUV care. You can introduce them one at a time as your current products run out.

Which lotion is better if my skin feels dry, sensitive, or red?

If dryness, sensitivity, redness, or heat are concerns, we recommend beginning with Moist Lotion to focus on hydration and comfort.

Once your skin feels more stable, PL Lotion can be introduced. After establishing hydration with Moist Lotion, PL Lotion can be added according to concerns such as rough texture, pores, blemishes, or visible spots.

Can I use Plage beaute on sensitive skin?

Many customers with sensitive skin use Plage beaute.

Our products are formulated with everyday use and skin comfort in mind, while avoiding unnecessary additives wherever possible.

However, no skincare product can guarantee that irritation will never occur.
If your skin is especially sensitive or you are concerned about trying a product for the first time, start with a small amount or perform a patch test beforehand.

Can I use the products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Our products are also used by customers during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Because skin can change during pregnancy and breastfeeding, please consult your doctor before use if you have concerns or have been advised to avoid specific ingredients.

What age is Plage beaute suitable for?

Plage beaute is used by customers across a wide range of ages.

Our customers range from their teens through their 80s.

Rather than choosing skincare by age alone, we recommend considering your current skin condition and concerns.

Can men use Plage beaute?

Yes. Our products can be used regardless of gender. Choose products according to your skin condition and concerns.

Can I ask for skincare advice before purchasing?

Yes. You can contact us on LINE before purchasing. We can help you think through product selection and application based on your current skin condition.

What are the features of the Washing Foam?

A facial cleanser created with the idea that the way you wash your skin is part of your skincare routine.

Its dense, fine foam cushions the skin while helping remove excess sebum, surface buildup, and old keratin without unnecessary rubbing.

Formulated with a vitamin C derivative, three types of ceramides, royal jelly extract, and other moisturizing ingredients to support a soft, refined-looking complexion.

We recommend using a foaming tool such as Whipurun to create a dense foam.

What is the difference between PL Lotion and Moist Lotion?

They serve different purposes.

PL Lotion contains gluconolactone and is designed to gently condition old surface keratin. It is used when concerns include rough texture, dull-looking skin, pores, blemishes, or visible spots.

Moist Lotion is a hydrating lotion containing ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and ceramides. It helps moisturize the stratum corneum and is a good starting point for dry, dehydrated, or sensitive-feeling skin and for customers new to Plage beaute.

If using both, apply PL Lotion first, followed by Moist Lotion.

View How to Use

Which should I choose: PL Lotion or Moist Lotion?

Choose according to your current skin condition and concerns.

If blemishes, visible spots, pores, roughness, or uneven texture are your main concerns
PL Lotion may be a good choice.

If dryness, sensitivity, redness, or heat are your main concerns
we recommend beginning with Moist Lotion.

Even if blemishes or pores are also concerns, when dryness, redness, or heat are present we recommend focusing on hydration with Moist Lotion first, then introducing PL Lotion once the skin feels more stable.

You can also use both products, adjusting them to your skin condition.

If you are unsure which to choose, contact us through LINE for guidance based on your current skin condition.

Is Moist Emulsion an emulsion or a serum?

Moist Emulsion is a serum.

Use it after lotion as a serum to support a smoother, more refined, supple-looking complexion.

It contains acetyl hexapeptide-8, retinyl palmitate, a vitamin C derivative, ceramides, and other skincare ingredients. It is designed for concerns such as dryness-related fine lines, dull-looking skin, visible spots, texture, and loss of firmness.

Moist Emulsion is the serum step that delivers skincare ingredients, while Moist Cream is the finishing cream that helps retain moisture and protect the skin.

Apply Moist Emulsion after lotion, then follow with Moist Cream.

Why is Moist Cream needed?

Moist Cream is the finishing step designed to help retain moisture and protect the skin.

While Moist Emulsion is the serum step, Moist Cream helps hold in the moisture from your lotion and serum and support the skin against dryness.

For this reason, the Plage beaute routine normally finishes with Moist Cream rather than stopping at the serum step.

Layer carefully on areas that are especially prone to dryness.

What is the difference between All Skin UV care and Nature Skin UV care?

Both are waterproof UV care products designed to protect skin from ultraviolet exposure, with the same basic SPF and water-resistance performance. The difference is in finish and intended use.

All Skin UV care is a white, highly moisturizing UV care formula designed with skin comfort in mind. It is easy to use across skin tones and ages, works as a makeup base, and is a good first choice for customers new to Plage beaute.

Nature Skin UV care contains a richer blend of skincare ingredients and can be used as UV care care, makeup base, and light complexion product. It is suited to those who want natural tone correction and light coverage.

Choose All Skin UV care if your priorities are moisture, comfort, and easy everyday wear. Choose Nature Skin UV care if you also want tone correction, light coverage, and additional skincare ingredients.

What are the features of Realize Pack?

Realize Pack is a two-part CO₂ skincare pack that is mixed immediately before use, unlike a conventional sheet mask.

When the two parts are mixed, carbon dioxide is generated for approximately 60 minutes. The setting pack stays in close contact with the skin for an extended special-care treatment at home.

Research has examined how carbon dioxide absorbed through the skin can be associated with local circulation and oxygen-related physiological responses.

It is designed as a special-care step that combines a close-fitting pack with carbon dioxide, rather than functioning only as a surface-moisturizing sheet mask.

It also contains vitamin C-related ingredients, three types of ceramides, collagen, squalane, and other moisturizing ingredients to support a hydrated, smooth, refined-looking complexion.

It can be incorporated when dryness is a concern, after significant UV care exposure when the skin feels comfortable, or as focused care before a special occasion.

What is Lipcella Gloss?

Lipcella Gloss is a lip-care-inspired gloss that adds moisture and shine while finishing the lips beautifully.

It contains hyaluronic acid, argan oil, olive fruit oil, jojoba seed oil, and other moisturizing ingredients to help lips look smooth, glossy, and comfortably hydrated.

During the day, use it as lip care designed with everyday environmental exposure in mind. At night, it can also be applied generously as an overnight moisturizing lip pack.

Its key feature is that it works as both makeup and lip care, day and night.

What is Radia Glow Powder?

A face powder created with the idea of caring for skin while wearing makeup.

It leaves a natural-skin finish while adding soft brightness and refined glow, helping visually smooth the appearance of pores and dryness-related fine lines.

It contains plant-derived ingredients such as alfalfa extract, licorice leaf extract, and artichoke leaf extract, along with moisturizing ingredients including squalane, olive fruit oil, and argan oil.

It also features blue-light-cut functionality.
Use it to finish your base makeup or for daytime touch-ups when you want both a polished appearance and skincare-minded makeup.

Are the mini and full-size products used the same way?

The routine order is the same, but mini products have their own recommended amounts. See the Mini Size section on our How to Use page for details.

Skin Concerns

SKIN
By Skin ConcernSKIN CONCERNS
Where should I start if blemishes keep returning?

If blemishes keep returning, begin by reviewing cleansing, washing, and daily UV care care. Gentle removal and consistent UV care protection are fundamental parts of a skincare routine for blemish-prone skin.

Next, prioritize Moist Cream, followed by Moist Lotion, to support hydration while keeping the routine simple.

Then, according to your skin condition:
If dry → consider Realize Pack
If not dry → consider PL Lotion
Add only what suits your skin condition.

How should I care for the appearance of post-blemish marks?

Begin with a complete basic routine, then consider incorporating PL Lotion when post-blemish marks are a concern.

PL Lotion provides gentle exfoliating care to condition old surface keratin and support smoother-looking skin where uneven tone or rough texture is a concern.

Continue with the basic routine plus PL Lotion while minimizing friction and maintaining daily UV care care.

If dryness is present, prioritize hydration first and consider Realize Pack before increasing use of PL Lotion.

What skincare is recommended for visible spots or dull-looking skin?

Begin with gentle cleansing and consistent daily UV care care. Apply UV care product carefully and a little more generously to areas where visible spots are a concern.

Moist Emulsion is a useful serum step when visible spots are a concern.

Depending on your skin condition, PL Lotion can also be combined with Moist Emulsion.

A consistent basic routine can help improve the appearance of dullness related to dryness. Minimizing friction, dryness, and UV care exposure is also important.

How should I care for the appearance of pores, congestion, or rough texture?

Start by reviewing your cleansing and washing technique.

Over-washing or rubbing hard in an attempt to clean pores can contribute to dryness and uneven surface texture, making pores or roughness look more noticeable.

After cleansing gently, hydrate with Moist Lotion and Moist Cream and use UV care care during the day.

If rough texture or old surface keratin are also concerns, consider adding PL Lotion according to your skin condition.

What should I do when my skin feels dry, red, or stings?

When dryness, redness, or stinging are present, prioritize hydration and simplicity rather than adding more active care.

Focus on Moist Lotion and Moist Cream. For dry areas, follow the Dry / Sensitive Skin method and layer carefully.

If redness or stinging is strong, avoid potential irritants and prioritize basic hydration. If the skin feels comfortable, Realize Pack can be considered as an optional special-care step.

Avoid unnecessary friction and use All Skin UV care during the day.

*If you have strong or persistent redness, pain, or itching, stop forcing skincare and seek advice from a medical professional.

What skincare is recommended for fine lines or loss of firmness?

Moist Emulsion is the serum we especially recommend when fine lines or loss of firmness are concerns.

After lotion, apply Moist Emulsion and finish with Moist Cream to help retain moisture.

If you are noticing less firmness with age or want to choose one serum step, Moist Emulsion is a good place to start.

Continue to prioritize hydration and daily UV care care.

What skincare is recommended after significant sun exposure?

Realize Pack can be considered as special care after a day of significant UV care exposure, if your skin feels comfortable.

After gentle cleansing and washing, if the skin feels comfortable, consider Realize Pack and use Moist Lotion plus Moist Cream following the Dry / Sensitive Skin amounts for generous hydration.

The next morning, apply UV care care carefully.

*Do not use Realize Pack if you have strong redness, heat, or pain.

Multiple Concerns & Skin ConditionsSKIN CONDITION
If I have both blemishes and dryness, which should I prioritize?

When blemishes and dryness occur together, prioritize addressing dryness first.

Adjust your full routine to the Dry / Sensitive Skin method.
Use Moist Lotion and Moist Cream generously. If dryness is significant and the skin feels comfortable, consider adding Realize Pack.

Once dryness feels more stable, introduce PL Lotion gradually according to your skin condition.

Rather than reducing hydration because blemishes are present, adjust the priority of your routine to your current skin condition.

If I have both visible spots and dryness, which should I prioritize?

When visible spots and dryness occur together, prioritize hydration and daily UV care care first.

Adjust your full routine to the Dry / Sensitive Skin method.
Use Moist Lotion and Moist Cream to support hydration, and protect the skin with UV care care during the day.

Then consider Moist Emulsion for visible spots. Once your skin feels stable, PL Lotion can also be added.

Minimizing friction and avoiding excessive dryness are also important.

Where should I start if I have several skin concerns?

If you have several concerns—such as blemishes, visible spots, pores, and dryness—begin with the foundations of your routine.

Cleanse and wash gently, hydrate with Moist Lotion and Moist Cream, and use All Skin UV care during the day. If dryness or sensitivity is present, use the Dry / Sensitive Skin method as your guide.

Then add only what your current skin condition calls for, such as PL Lotion, Moist Emulsion, or Realize Pack. For UV care care, Nature Skin UV care can also be chosen according to your preferred finish and skin condition.

The key is not the number of concerns, but what your skin needs you to prioritize right now.

Should I keep the same routine when my skin feels good?

Yes. When your skin feels good, continue the basic routine that is helping maintain that condition.

Keep daily basics such as cleansing, washing, hydration, and UV care care consistent, while adjusting optional steps such as PL Lotion or Realize Pack according to dryness and skin condition.

Skin can change with the season and your lifestyle, so choose optional care according to how your skin feels that day.

Makeup & Day CareMAKEUP & DAY CARE
Should I avoid foundation when blemishes or irritation are a concern?

When blemishes or irritation are a concern, we recommend prioritizing skin comfort and taking a break from heavier foundation if possible.

If you want light coverage, use Nature Skin UV care selectively on areas of concern and finish with Radia Glow Powder.

The idea is to protect the skin and cover only where needed rather than layering heavily.

I want my skin to look polished without heavy makeup. What do you recommend?

For a natural finish, we recommend pairing your UV care product with Radia Glow Powder.

After applying UV care care, finish with Radia Glow Powder.

This is a base-makeup approach for those who want to enhance the look of their natural skin rather than fully cover it.

You can use All Skin UV care as your base and apply Nature Skin UV care only where you want extra coverage, or blend the two according to your preferred finish.

What should I use when my lips feel dry or vertical lip lines are noticeable?

We recommend Lipcella Gloss when lip dryness or vertical lines are a concern.

Ingredients including sodium hyaluronate, argan oil, olive fruit oil, jojoba seed oil, and sunflower seed oil help moisturize dry-prone lips for a smooth, glossy appearance.
It also contains Tremella polysaccharide and plant-derived extracts.

Rather than relying on an irritating plumping sensation, it creates a fuller-looking effect through moisture and shine.

It is a lip gloss created around the idea that lips deserve skincare too.

Is there anything I can use on days when I spend long hours on a computer or smartphone?

For daytime makeup, consider Radia Glow Powder on the face and Lipcella Gloss on the lips.

Both are makeup products developed with skin and lip care in mind and feature blue-light-cut functionality.

We think of daytime makeup and lip care as part of the overall routine, not something separate from morning skincare.

I'm not sure what my skin needs. How should I choose?

Choose according not only to your main concern, but also to your current skin condition, including dryness, redness, or sensitivity.

First establish the basics—cleansing, washing, hydration, and UV care care—then add optional steps such as PL Lotion, Moist Emulsion, or Realize Pack according to your skin condition.

Focus on what your skin needs now.

If you are unsure, our LINE skincare consultation can help guide product selection based on your current skin condition.

How to Use

HOW TO USE
Is the routine order different in the morning and evening?

Yes, some steps differ.

Morning: Washing Foam → PL Lotion → Moist Lotion → Moist Emulsion → Moist Cream → UV care → powder.

Evening: Cleansing Gel → Washing Foam → PL Lotion → Moist Lotion → Moist Emulsion → Moist Cream.

Realize Pack can be used either in the morning or evening.

In the morning, finish skincare with UV care care. In the evening, remove makeup and UV care products with Cleansing Gel before beginning the rest of your routine.

Should I rinse with lukewarm or cool water?

We recommend adjusting rinse temperature to your skin condition.

For normal skin, use lukewarm water at about 32°C.
For dry or sensitive skin, rinse with cool water.

Hot water can contribute to dryness. For dry or sensitive skin, we recommend cool water to minimize unnecessary stress on the skin.

Rinse gently without rubbing, using about 10 rinses or fewer.

Do I need to reapply the UV care products during the day?

For normal daily use, we generally recommend applying in the morning without routine daytime reapplication.

Plage beaute UV care products are designed for high adhesion, are waterproof, and have undergone water-resistance testing.

If the product has been removed by rubbing, toweling, or other friction, reapply as needed.

Do I still need Cleansing Gel on days when I only wear Plage beaute UV care?

Yes.

Both All Skin UV care and Nature Skin UV care are waterproof, so use Cleansing Gel before Washing Foam even on days when you are not wearing makeup.

Remove UV care products thoroughly before continuing with your evening routine.

Where can I find detailed amounts and instructions for each product?

See our How to Use page for the routine order, recommended amounts, and detailed product instructions.

What makes Plage beaute different?

Beauty trends change, but the fundamental structure and function of human skin do not change with every trend.

Rather than chasing novelty, Plage beaute develops products by considering skin physiology and what everyday skin care truly needs.

Our product development is also informed by hands-on experience observing customers' skin over time.

We consider both theory and real-world skin.

We continue to create skincare with a straightforward focus on what skin needs.

How did Plage beaute begin?

Plage beaute began with customers who had struggled with recurring skin concerns for years.

“I tried clinics, dermatology, different skincare products, and beauty treatments, yet concerns such as blemishes and visible spots kept returning.”

Working closely with customers over time reinforced a simple idea: the skincare habits repeated every day matter.

Not only what happens on a special treatment day, but what you use and how you care for your skin every day.

We wanted to create products that respect those daily habits and the fact that every person's skin is different.

That idea led to our product development, and years of experience with customers' skin have shaped Plage beaute today.

What does Plage beaute value in product development?

A straightforward focus on what skin truly needs.

We value uncompromising quality across ingredients, formulation, and manufacturing, while considering both skin comfort and the experience of using each product.

Being honest with skin is the foundation of how we create our products.

Where are Plage beaute products made?

All Plage beaute products are manufactured in Japan.

Because skincare touches your skin every day, we care not only about ingredients and formulas, but also about manufacturing processes and quality control.
