When the two components are mixed, carbon dioxide continues to generate for up to approximately 60 minutes, creating a close-fitting special-care pack. Research has examined the relationship between transcutaneous CO₂ and local circulation and oxygen-related physiological responses. The formula also contains sodium ascorbate, a vitamin C derivative, plus moisturizing ingredients to support a hydrated, smooth, luminous-looking complexion.

KEY INGREDIENTS
STEP 1: Sodium ascorbyl phosphate (vitamin C derivative / skin-conditioning), hydrolyzed collagen, ceramides EOP / NP / AP, phytosphingosine, passion fruit extract, kudzu root extract, chlorella extract, aloe vera leaf extract, magnesium carbonate (CO₂-generating component).
STEP 2: Gluconolactone (CO₂-generating component), sodium ascorbate, squalane.

HOW TO USE
Use after Washing Foam, PL Lotion, Moist Lotion, and Moist Emulsion, before Moist Cream. It can be used morning or evening. Mix Step 1 and Step 2 thoroughly, apply evenly, and allow the pack to set. After removing it, gently press the remaining essence into the skin and finish with Moist Cream. If a small amount remains around the edges, gently wipe only that area with a damp towel. As a general routine, use 2–3 times per week; for intensive care it may be used daily, and once the skin feels stable, once-weekly maintenance is an option.
