International Shipping

International orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $30 USD.

Orders are shipped from Japan. Delivery times vary by destination, customs clearance and carrier conditions.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Product prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is returned because import charges are not paid, delivery is refused, or the parcel cannot be delivered, any costs incurred in connection with the return may be deducted from the amount eligible for refund, where permitted.

Please make sure your shipping address, name, phone number and other delivery information are complete and accurate. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to change the destination.
